My passion for food was truly stirred by the smells and tastes of the local foods.
I was interested in the many cooking techniques used by the locals.
This is where my desire for cooking started We moved back to the UK when my parents bought a hotel in Torquay, I worked in the kitchens while attending catering college.
From there my passion for food has grown. I only source locally fresh ingredients.
I have brought to Belle Vue my culinary expertise; and I teach the young chefs in my kitchen my own techniques.
Before being appointed head chef to Belle Vue I was working in fine dining in places like, The Red Lion at High Lane and Giovannis in Manchester.
