Both our outside trackside and ground floor are accessible to wheelchair users. Sadly our Restaurant, Grandstand and Private Rooms don't have any accessibility for wheelchairs.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual please for both suites and the restaurant. Smart jeans are accepted but no football tops thanks. There’s no dress code for trackside. All customers can view from indoors and our grandstand is climate controlled.
What time do the doors open?
Doors open from 6.30pm, first race about 7.20pm, last one around 10.20pm but the bars stay open until later.
Is there seating trackside, and is it outdoors?
There is seating available on a first come, first served basis for trackside ticket holders or, if you’ve booked a 6pack package, you can reserve seating at an additional cost of £5 per person as well. The grandstand is covered, enclosed and glass-fronted so you’re under cover. You can go outside to cheer your runner on though, and in summer there is some outdoor bench seating.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have an on-site car park and it’s free to all customers.
What time is restaurant and suites food served from?
Restaurant: Around 7pm. Because you are at the table for the whole evening the meal is served throughout the night leaving you free to relax and enjoy the racing. Suite: We’ll serve the food to suit you, so long as it’s before 9pm.

What about food for Trackside ticket holders?
There are plenty of food and drink options at the fast food bar, which serves through until 9pm.

Do I still have to pay to get in if I book into the restaurant or a suite?
No, admission and a race programme are included for restaurant and suites customers.
If I book a suite, how much is room hire?
Nothing, it’s free, you just pay for the package

Can we take photos?
Yes, but please avoid any flash photography when the dogs are on the track
Photographs of yourself and your party are permitted, however pictures of the Greyhounds taken with professional equipment or pictures for commercial use are not permitted unless agreed by the stadium management prior to arrival.
Can we visit the bookmakers trackside?
Yes, but if you’re a restaurant or suites customer, just make sure you let your waiter or waitress know.
How do we bet?
Tote betting is available in the grandstand; the Tote team will assist with any questions. You can also bet with trackside bookmakers. If you’re in the suites or restaurant, Tote assistants will come to you to advise, take any bets and pay out any winnings.
Can we bring our family dog?
No, sorry, the track is for racing greyhounds only.
Drugs and alcohol
We have a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Anyone attempting to bring their own food, drinks, alcohol or drugs will not be permitted entry to the stadium. Security staff will conduct random searches at the stadium entrances.
